The material removal from the workpiece occurs by a series of rapidly recurring current discharges between two electrodes, separated by a dielectric liquid and subject to an electric voltage.

Mirror Sinker EDM Machines
CNC mirror sinker EDM has X/Y/Z axes servo control, PIKA mirror electrical discharging circuit, best surface finish could be Ra≤0.1μm and good homogeneity of surface finish in large machining area.
